Progress at AYANA Villas Phuket remains steady and focused this March, with ongoing structural and infrastructure developments across all three zones of the hillside estate.

Zone A:


Significant groundwork continues in Zone A. The retaining wall is now 90% complete, securing the terrain and setting the stage for villa construction.

Structural work has commenced on Villas 28, 29, 38, 39, and 40, where pile head cutting and earthworks are actively progressing.

Road paving has reached 40% completion, and all pile foundations in this zone are now fully completed.

Zone B:


Zone B is advancing in parallel, with its retaining wall also at 90% completion.

Structural works are in progress for Villas 8, 15, 16, and 17, supported by foundational tasks such as pile head cutting and earthworks.

Road paving efforts have progressed to 50% completion. Prestressed pile installation has been finalized, while bored pile work has now reached the 40% mark.

Zone C:


Construction has commenced on the retaining wall, marking the initial phase of development in this zone and laying the groundwork for vertical construction to follow.
